Insurance: I have chosen to be credentialed with the following insurance groups: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Presbyterian, Molina, NM Health Solutions, Health Smart, United Health Care, Medicare and Medicaid.
I am credentialed with two EAP’s, please check with your HR department to find out if I'm credentialed under your EAP, and get an authorization number or have them send me one.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Cash, check and major credit cards w/chip, are accepted for payment.
Self-Pay/No Insurance
Clients without insurance coverage are responsible for the full session fee. The rate is $150 per hour when paying by cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
A $5 processing fee applies to credit card payments, for a total of $155 per session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and have not contacted me 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the copay of the session. If you do not have a co-pay you may be canceled after two missed sessions, when no contact has been made.
